ABOUT THE BEACH VILLAS AT KO OLINA
Beach Villas at Ko Olina is an oceanfront private condominium complex (not a hotel or timeshare) comprised of 247 beautifully decorated 2- and 3-bedroom villas. Nestled in the center stage of Ko Olina Resort and steps to the beach at Honu Lagoon, it is conveniently located within walking distance to the resort’s abundance of amenities.
On the property, guests have full access to Beach Villas’ 2 pools ~ a heated saltwater lap pool and a family-friendly winding pool that has a sandy-bottom section great for little ones, 3 hot tubs, gas BBQ grills, a fully equipped fitness center, separate men’s and women’s locker rooms with dry saunas and steam rooms, and Makai Hale Beach Bar where live music is played during sunset several nights of the week.
The generously sized air-conditioned villas range from 1,171 to 1,650 square feet of living space with expansive private lanais spanning 178 to 560 square feet. A full size kitchen designed by renowned Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi provides the perfect space to prepare meals.
